The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. I found the room beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The hotel itself is lovely, and for this location I felt it was the best place to stay. It made my trip more enjoyable. Highly recommend it for a comfortable, memorable stay.

The food was tasty, and the complimentary breakfast was great. We also found the rooms and lobby clean, and room service responded quickly. The place is small, but the rooms were awesome, with a lovely ambience and location. Definitely worth the money. I’d visit again and recommend it to people coming to Munnar.

The main drawback is that there’s no lift for the basement rooms. Still, parking is available in front, and the in-house restaurant is spacious, with courteous staff. Breakfast is a buffet, though the selection is limited. The rooms are roomy and well maintained, with comfortable beds and excellent hill views from the balcony. The lobby was neat, and the front desk staff were efficient and courteous. The property has a very nice ambience and is about 15 km from Munnar town and around 5 km from Munnar-Adimali-Aluva NH 85. Good value for money, especially if you have your own travel arrangements.

The pool was a highlight, and it was easy to get to nearby Ayurvedic spas. We also enjoyed good food at the restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality felt warm and welcoming. With its beautiful scenic views, peaceful vibe, and excellent location, British County made for a great stay in Munnar.
