Lake n Hills Resorts

The morning atmosphere was calm and bright, and the WiFi was good with 5G speed. The campfire setup and swimming pool were well managed. Service and food were very good, though the vegetarian food was only average and could be better. Prices were reasonable. It was a good hotel and a good experience overall.

Room service was prompt and efficient, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. Our room was spacious, with a spotless bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed the good breakfast spread, and dinner had satisfying taste and variety too. It was a comfortable, pleasant stay at Lake N Hills Hotel, and we’d definitely stay again.

The staff made the stay feel personal, remembering things like extra pillows and kid-friendly meal adjustments. They were warm, attentive, and proactive from check-in through checkout. Our little one stayed entertained in the family play area, and the serene walking trails added to the relaxed feel. The food was flavorful, hygienic, and beautifully presented, with authentic Kerala dishes alongside international options. Breakfast buffets with local food were a daily treat. The pristine pool overlooks lush Kerala landscapes, and the amenities overall felt luxurious yet relaxing. We had a wonderful stay at Resort, beyond what we expected, and highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for tranquility and quality. We'll be back.

When my wife and I, visiting from Gujarat, had stomach issues during our stay, the restaurant agreed to prepare plain dal khichdi, our comfort food from home. They got the taste just right, and it felt comforting and healing. Dipak and Shree were both friendly and hardworking. It was very good food and wonderful service, and their care for guests really showed.
