The balcony view was breathtaking. Waking up to peaceful green scenery and fresh air added so much to the stay. Hill Stone Guest House is conveniently located a 50 mtrs walk along Dharamkot road from the Main Square, and a taxi can drop you at the doorstep. The rooms were spotless, hygienic and well maintained, with comfortable bedding, good ventilation and all basic amenities. It felt like a home away from home. Mr. Rajiv Thapa, the owner, was warm, responsive and genuinely attentive to guest comfort. He made check-in smooth and arranged conveniences including bonfire, hot water and a kettle. Anil, the caretaker, was polite, very helpful and always available. Their support made everything stress-free. I had a wonderful stay that truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for a clean, peaceful and comfortable place near McLeodganj main square, with lovely views and excellent hospitality. I'd definitely stay again.

There isn't a restaurant at the hotel, but the staff arranged to bring food from a nearby hotel according to what we wanted. The hospitality was perfect, and the rooms and premises were well maintained, with proper arrangements. Thanks to Thapa ji ( owner) for organizing such a great stay. Unforgettable, with lots of memories.

We had a great view of the sunrise from our room. The place is right in the main square mcleodganj, with many nearby places easy to cover on foot. I really appreciated the owner's hospitality. We stayed recently and had an amazing experience.

The owner and staff(anil) were attentive and kind, and available with just one call. This guest house is next to the ICICI Bank in mcleodganj. It was a really smooth and peaceful stay, and I really suggest visitors stay here.

The owner spoke to me personally to confirm my stay and check that the room met my expectations. There was an attendant on site who was easy to reach and helpful. As a solo woman, I felt quite safe in the quiet hotel. I stayed in a deluxe room on the fourth floor, which is walk up. It was clean, a good size and had a lovely view. This is a clean, no-frills classic mountain stay, well located near the main circle of the market, taxis and autos, shops and restaurants.
