The terrace restaurant was good, and the kitchen staff were friendly. My room was clean and had a toilet, but there were no basic things like soap, towels, or drinking water. The WiFi at Utsang Hotel didn’t work, which made it hard to get online. Staff weren’t very friendly.

The prices were affordable and reasonable for the room condition and mountain view. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and the staff are very helpful and cooperative. A lovely place to stay when visiting mcleodganj.

It’s close to the main place, and I enjoyed my stay. My ordinary room was very dirty, so I switched to a deluxe room, where everything was fine. A few things could be improved, but it’s still a reasonable, good place to stay.

The views are awesome, especially in winter, when this place is a must visit. Thanks for making us feel at home in dharamshala. The food, views, and service were all excellent.

The food was excellent, and the staff were helpful. Our room was clean and in good condition, too. We had a really good stay at Utsang Guest House Himachal Pradesh, with great service throughout.
