Hotel RDS Ramada

Most rooms have no windows, so the ventilation is poor and the rooms can feel suffocating. The rooftop area also seemed weak on safety and maintenance. The rooms are decent and the amenities are okay, but service was disappointing, especially from management and billing. Staff often lacked courtesy, professionalism, and experience. There were frequent power cuts during events and functions were handled poorly. I also found the hotel too focused on money, with unnecessary tariffs and a tendency to overcharge. It presents a misleading five-star image, though it feels like a basic three-star place with limited amenities and standards below tier-one cities. The franchise claim is false: it isn't a real Ramada and was penalized and renamed to RDS. Its reputation is overrated, and I don't think it's the “best hotel in Daltongnaj” people make it out to be.

The food was awesome, and the staff were very courteous. My stay at RDS last week went smoothly from arrival and check-in through to check-out. Special thanks to Mr Chandan Pandey, Mr Pankaj and Mr. Ranajoy for their wonderful service.

The rooftop didn't feel safe, and the ventilation was poor, leaving rooms feeling suffocating. It markets a three-star image but felt like a basic one-star place with limited amenities. The franchise claim is false: it isn't a real Ramada, was penalized, and renamed to RDS. That name seems like a gimmick, misleading people with a brand hotel claim, something commonly practiced in the Bihar and Jharkhand region.

Hotel RDS has good service and takes good care of guests, but the new manager, "Jitendra Singh", was a problem. He spoke badly and acted unprofessionally. I suggest the hotel replace this kind of manager, or its reviews may keep falling day by day. Thank you.
