Bravura Gold Resort

There was no space for the bride and groom to eat, and their table was set beside the washroom. We paid an enormous amount to hold our wedding at this resort and got the worst service. The event team made false promises about managing everything, but problems came up throughout, with nobody there to provide proper service. They didn’t serve the menu we’d decided on. Their in-resort guests were let into our area and ate from our allotted plates, then we were made to pay for extras because of those guests. There was no security or even tissues in the dining area. During the phere, staff kept harassing us and calling every 10 minutes over the 10% still due.

We paid a huge amount to host our wedding here, but the service was disappointing and they didn’t provide the final menu we’d agreed on. Their guests were allowed into our event and ate from our counted plates, then we were made to pay extra. There was no security or tissues, and the bride and groom’s table was near the washroom. During the phere, Vanshika called every 10 minutes about the pending 10% payment. It was very unprofessional and upsetting.

Dinner for the bride and groom was arranged beside the toilet, there were no chairs available, and there was no music for the bride’s entrance. We had a wedding at this resort and the service was extremely poor. The event coordinators managed everything badly. They hadn’t kept track of incoming guests, and in-house hotel guests were eating from our designated plates. The event team made false promises when we paid. Completely poor service.

Pet owners, stay away from Bravura Hotel. At the entrance they told me pets weren’t allowed, even though their own pet was inside the hotel boundary. The double standard was unbelievable and felt completely unfair. I’m not giving this place even one star, but there’s no other option. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They acted as if guests just had to accept whatever they said instead of addressing the problem. Rules should apply equally to everyone, including the hotel. With such poor treatment and no apparent respect for customers, I wouldn’t trust Bravura Hotel with my money. I strongly advise pet owners and anyone who expects fair treatment to avoid it.
