The rooms were in poor condition and the location didn't work for me, so I couldn't stay. The property is quite old and not very clean, and it didn't look like the pictures. It's reasonably priced, though, and might suit someone who's okay with a 1-2 star stay. It depends on the person.

The toilets were filthy, with thick black grime on seats that looked as if they had never been cleaned. The cleaning staff didn't seem to have any equipment or supplies for the job. It gives the impression that this is a banquet hall making wedding guests (baraatis) stay there when they have no other option. Avoid booking a room. Management needs to inspect the facilities, because the staff clearly haven't been trained to clean commodes.

I went to a wedding function at Hotel Mukut Mahal, Meerut (Delhi Road). The rooms were well maintained and had a premium design. The venue was beautiful, and the service was great. A really good experience.

Online booking customers get rooms that aren't properly cleaned or maintained, and the hotel staff are very rude. I had a very bad experience. Worst hotel ever.

Lunch was fantastic, and the service was really good. Special mention to Mr. Shahzad. I'd call it excellent.
