The mattresses were the best part of the room, and the rooms are well maintained, though the bathrooms need work. The location is a little hard to find, but Shobhit university is easy to reach from there. They prefer cash, but Paytm or UPI works if you don't have any. There's no restaurant on site, so food is easy to get from the nearby dhabas, especially Pandit dhaba. I had a pretty good experience.
Don't book this OYO. Staff won't accept the online payment I've already made, and OYO doesn't resolve the problem. It was the worst experience. I repeat, don't go there.
I paid for breakfast when I booked, but they didn't provide it. After I complained to OYO, they offered only a paratha and still refused tea. The washroom was in such bad shape I couldn't take a bath, and the bedsheet had already been used.
The worst experience. The staff wouldn't accept the online payment I'd made, and OYO didn't fix it. They just refunded my money, leaving me to sort things out myself. Don't book this OYO. I mean it. Awful.
The rooms are extremely small and seem set up for couples to spend four or five hours together. The receptionist will definitely argue with you. Please avoid this hotel, especially if you're looking for a normal place to stay.
