Sawan is the person running this hotel, and it was the untidiest place I've ever booked. They don't even provide a GST invoice or keep things clean. I don't understand why OYO certifies hotels like this and makes customers pay.
I've never seen a worse OYO. There was just a bed and a dirty bathroom, with no other facilities.
The staff were pleasant and behaved well. The rooms were nice, and the facilities were good.
The room wasn't good, and the facilities were very poor for such a high price.
The management should work on the staff and service, and add more food options. I hope they take these issues up.
