The staff were extremely rude, and they wouldn't honor my online booking. I travelled 150 km to get there in the evening, only to be asked for more money. Booking online seemed to count for nothing. This was the worst experience of my life. I’m asking OYO to remove the hotel from its website, and I’d tell people not to book here.
