The manager I spoke with was one of the worst. They'd taken payment through the online booking, but when I arrived to check in, the door was shut and nobody was at reception. The contact number from the booking never got answered either. Friends, be careful before booking here, and don't book online.

The management was rude, and the staff were arrogant and unhelpful. The room and toilet were dirty too. Don't pay online or book here.

No water, no cleaning, and the staff weren't good. The hotel was dirty and really bad.

The gate is always shut, so I'm not even sure the place is open. Oyo is misleading people about this property.

I don't think anyone should stay at hotel Lucky. Your money will just go down the drain.
