After we travelled there, we had the stress of finding another hotel at the last minute. The owner said renovation had been going on for four months and rudely told us to find somewhere else. The hotel wasn't operating when we arrived, even though MakeMyTrip had confirmed our booking and issued an invoice after taking full payment a week earlier. Why was it still taking bookings and money if it had been under renovation for months? This showed no respect for our time, money, or travel plans, and poor management and accountability from both the hotel and MakeMyTrip. One of the worst hotel booking experiences I've had. I strongly advise against this hotel, and MakeMyTrip needs to check properties before confirming bookings.

We had a pleasant stay, and the staff were understanding and available around the clock. The location is convenient, with easy access to both the railway station and bus stand. It's especially handy for an overnight stop if you're catching the train to Ooty.

The room was clean, the bed was very good, and the bathrooms were spotless. The rooms are quite compact, though, and the towel could have been better. Parking is across from the hotel, but you can park right outside overnight. The bus stand is within walking distance, and there are several hotels and bakeries 50-100 meters from catnap. There's a TV in the room. A decent family stay.

It's a nice place near the market, with plenty of car parking and security guards keeping watch. The stay itself was good, but getting settled took a lot of effort. The AC and TV had no remotes, and there was no fan. Fitting a fan for 1500 rupees shouldn't be beyond an established hotel. You have to ask for things and then receive them, when they should be ready to begin with. Those are suggestions, not complaints. The owners seem to think they live in Ooty. The steps are very narrow and have odd openings, so watch out with children. I'd recommend it for one night.

It's suitable for families and very close to mettupalayam bus stand. The rooms are clean and tidy, the toilet is clean, and the bedsheets were washed. The people there are polite and responsive. You can check in anytime if you haven't booked ahead. The price is a little high for the facilities, but it's reasonable when you consider the safety.
