The room was smaller than the one shown in the OYO app, and it wasn't clean. The AC was so old and dirty that it barely cooled. There were no sanitary kits in the washroom. When we asked staff for ice, they had none, and the cold water we requested arrived half an hour later. The staff were slow, so booking through the app wasn't a good experience.

Ravi, the owner, misbehaves with customers, and the staff are very bad too. Even with a room booked through the OYO app, they wouldn't give it at the OYO price and asked for more money. My experience was very bad.

Staff gave totally awful service. Nobody was cooperative, and they had no manners. Bakwaas service.

We booked five rooms for our stay, and one had no latch or lock, so we couldn't leave that room. The rooms were dirty, with stains on the sheets, pillows, and curtains. The geyser in one room wasn't working.

I made a very bad choice booking this place. There was no welcoming attitude, and cleanliness was an issue. Towels, water, and basic facilities weren't in place. It felt like a Dharamshala. Look for another OYO.
