Roaches were everywhere, crawling over the bed and pillows. The staff were rude and had no basic decency in the way they received or treated customers. I wasn’t expecting five-star service, but even basic courtesy was missing. If I could give negative stars, I would. Stay away.

I booked an AC room but was given a non-AC one. The bedsheet was dirty, there was no hot water, and the place wasn’t clean.

The AC was there but didn’t work, and nobody seemed to care enough to fix it. There was no shampoo, hand wash, Allout, or drinking glasses, and no room service sign. No one answers the reception phone. The worst experience I’ve had at a company-owned property.

Cockroaches were everywhere, and the bathroom didn’t look like the picture. Since the hotel is near the airport, foreign nationals may book it for easier airport access. But on arrival, they ask for Indian ID such as an Aadhaar card or local driving licence, which foreign visitors don’t have. That was frustrating, and the OYO app said nothing about whether foreigners were allowed. Only after we arrived and argued did they let us in, so foreign nationals should be careful. Visitors aren’t allowed either, a rule I couldn’t find in the app. It’s only written at the front desk. If friends or relatives want to visit, you have to pay Rs500.
