The room was roomy and had a big LED TV with TATA SKY. The food was good and reasonably priced. It’s in Mirik Bazar, about a 10-minute walk from Mirik lake. The bathroom let it down, especially since the door wouldn’t lock.

There’s a good bakery about 100 m down the road, and its cookies are well worth trying. The hotel doesn’t provide food, so you’ll need to arrange your own. Mirik is worth staying overnight for.

There’s no food service at the hotel, but a restaurant right across the way makes it easy to get a meal. They also provide hot water. I’m from coochbehar and thought this place was really good, especially for couples wanting some quality time.

We booked two family rooms for one night in mirik. The rooms felt cramped, and the staff weren’t good at all. The food itself was good, but dinner had to be ordered by 3pm for an 8pm serving. After that, service wasn’t available.

The hotel locks its main gate at night, and you can’t get outside until 6.30 am, even in an emergency. There’s no parking, so you have to leave your vehicle on a busy road. The bathroom was tiny, dirty, and poorly managed. Breakfast was very cheap, the bed in our deluxe family room was hard and dirty, and food cost twice as much as at other restaurants.
