The staff's treatment and the food were among the worst parts of this stay. They ignored requests, and when I asked for help, I got grunts or eye-rolls. The food was a mess too: the vegetarian choices were few, bland, and suspiciously oily. I can't say for sure, but they seemed like leftover scraps, so I ate out for every meal. I had specifically requested a non-smoking, VEGETARIAN ROOM, but the room still smelled of stale cigarettes and didn't seem properly cleaned. There were questionable stains on the carpet, and the whole place felt dingy enough that I hesitated to touch anything. Dusty common areas and the state of the room left me uneasy, and I worried I might catch something. From check-in on, the staff were indifferent and nearly rude, as if my being there was an inconvenience. The hotel couldn't even get my basic room request right. This was a disastrous stay, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Save your money and sanity, stay somewhere else.

The main reason I booked was the swimming pool, but it was either out of order or nothing like the photos online. I checked out just 5 hours after arriving because the whole experience was so bad. Staff were rude, unresponsive, and unhelpful. The food was stale and clearly not fresh, and the place felt totally unhygienic. The service was extremely poor from the start, and the pool information was misleading. It was a terrible waste of time and money. I'd strongly advise others to stay away.

We came as 3 families with children, but the hotel was a nightmare. The staff were extremely unprofessional and kept lying about facilities and services. The swimming pool they advertised was either dirty or not working, and didn't match what they'd shown. The food was stale and the service pathetic. We paid the full amount in advance, but the experience was so bad we checked out within 5 hours. When we asked for at least a 50% refund, they refused outright. No help, no apology, just excuses and lies. A complete scam. Do NOT book, especially with family or kids. Save your money and peace of mind.

They claimed to have a working swimming pool, then pulled a bait-and-switch at the last second. After that, they refused to refund us. This resort is an absolute scam, outright fraudulent!

The AC wasn't working, and the place was dirty and unhygienic. The pool was filthy too, and swimming in it would definitely give you eye and skin infections. Avoid these fraudulent hotels.
