We paid Rs. 6,000 for the room, but the geyser didn't work and the bathroom drain was blocked. When we raised it, the staff argued rudely and unprofessionally, saying, "Bheed bahut chal raha hai hum kya kar sakte hai" and "Aapko booking time bole the ki Geryser kaam nahi karega." Nobody had mentioned that when we booked.
The gym looks modern and has full AC, and the place is kept neat and clean. They check your temperature and have you sanitize before you go in. The trainer stays active, helps everyone while they exercise, and gives proper instructions.
For a tariff of Rs. 1,800, this hotel is poor value. The shower is in bad condition, there’s no shop in the room, and the AC doesn’t work efficiently. Service is average, so two points feels about right.
The hotel wasn’t what it looked like, and my family and I had a lot of trouble there. It was a very bad experience. I’d say don’t choose this place. Thanks.
