We were a vegetarian family and were initially unsure about eating here since the hotel serves both veg and non-veg. The staff explained that the food is prepared separately, which reassured us. We had Jain food for dinner, and it was delicious, plentiful, and good quality. Breakfast had a good range and tasted good as well. Our family spent one night at Hotel Gen X Mirzapur, in two Premium Rooms with breakfast. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bathrooms were large, clean, and properly equipped. It has a more premium feel than other options in Mirzapur city. The staff were very polite, cooperative, and attentive, which made the stay more comfortable. One of the best family hotel options in Mirzapur, especially for comfort, cleanliness, and service.

I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to business travelers. The front office executive me.op g was extremely professional and polite. Check-in was smooth and quick, and they clearly explained all the hotel facilities. Whenever I had a question, they responded right away. Their service made the hotel experience even better.

Being close to the railway station makes Hotel GenX, Mirzapur very convenient. I had a wonderful stay: the room was spotless, room service was quick and helpful, and the in-house catering impressed me. The food was tasty, hygienic, and well prepared. Highly recommended as a great place to stay in Mirzapur.

The king size room and breakfast with its variety of food were the best parts of our wonderful stay. The hotel was very nice and had all amenities. Thanks to all the staff for their support, especially the mess staff, Mr. Ranjeet and team, and all the cleaning staff. We also request that you repair the LIFT. Thank you, team.
