The rooms were good and the location decent, but the service and attitude left me giving this place one star. I booked and paid through MMT with breakfast included, yet the hotel first couldn't find the reservation until I showed the voucher. The next morning we ate breakfast, then they billed me for it at checkout, so I had to show the voucher again. They also charged for a bottle of water, though we normally get two complimentary bottles.

Service took a long time, and when we asked for roti, one arrived with a hot coal stuck to it. It burned my hand.

For a budget stay, it’s decent enough, though I wouldn’t call it the best option in Mirzapur. The rooms are spacious, it’s near Vindhyachal, and both food and parking are available. The owner and staff were polite. Cleanliness and upkeep need work, and service can be slow. Seems fine for a brief stay or a small function.

Worst experience. The room was okay and the service was fine, but the receptionist's behavior toward customers was rude and full of attitude. I suggest not staying here.

Really disgusting place. The manager has no shame and doesn't know how to speak to customers.
