The service was awful. I ordered a water bottle, but it never arrived. You have to ask 3-4 times, then wait 40 minutes for an order. There was only one staff member working in the hotel, apart from the cook and receptionist, and wires hung down where there was no bulb. The room had an air conditioner but no switch to turn it on, and the TV didn't work. There were hairs in the drawers and cupboards, and no sign of hygiene. The toilets were filthy, with yellow stains on the seats, like they hadn't been cleaned in years. The lift was also extremely dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Totally disappointed. ☹️

Ashima❤️ did a fantastic waxing job. It was clean, efficient, and very gentle. I felt comfortable the whole time, and the results were excellent.

They wasted an hour of my time. We made a deal, but when I confirmed the booking, they went back on the price and asked for extra money. The staff and management are very unethical.

The staff were rude, and the people at reception always seemed ready to argue. Bathroom cleanliness was poor, there was no warm water, and room service was very bad. This isn't a hotel, it's a dharamshala.
