The room had a broken toilet seat, a tap that didn’t work, and an unreliable water supply. Then, during the night, a rat climbed onto us while we were asleep. My six-year-old was crying uncontrollably, and I was heartbroken and deeply shaken. We felt helpless and unsafe. I called the staff right away, but nobody came or helped. We checked out in the morning despite booking two nights, and the hotel refused to refund us. I found the response greedy and dishonest. The place felt dirty and unsafe, and the staff and manager seemed to care more about taking money than guest safety or basic humanity. Please don’t book here if your family’s safety matters to you.

The room was in horrible condition, with dirt, rats and bugs, a damaged tap, and a broken bathroom seat. The hygiene was shocking, and the room didn’t seem fit to stay in. The online photos felt misleading to me. I booked online, but left right after check-in and asked for my money back. The hotel refused and told me to “adjust” the amount, which felt unfair. It was a waste of money and a terrible experience. I strongly recommend that people avoid booking this place.

It’s a peaceful place to stay when traveling to naimisharanya, away from the crowds and noise in the main area. The holy chakra teerth is within walking distance. Accessiblyfar.

I had a lovely stay. The staff were pleasant, the food at the restaurant was good, and the rooms were luxurious. Nice hotel, I’d recommend staying here.
