The owners are lovely and speak very sweetly, and the building feels quite safe. Staff are helpful too. There's also a small party house they can decorate at your expense. The main downside is the condition of the rooms and bathrooms. Most rooms have moldy walls, which could cause breathing problems or asthma. Of the seven bathrooms, I saw only one that was clean and nicely built. The owner said you can't get a shower mixer in any hotel in Moga city.

This was a terrible experience at a below-average hotel. They make you pay the rent upfront so you can't complain later about bad service, and the customer service was awful. The bathrooms were badly maintained and not cleaned at all, with insects and ants crawling around. We changed rooms, but the toilet flush in the new one leaked and flooded the bathroom, and the shower didn't work either. When we raised it, they didn't see it as their fault and said these things sometimes happen. It all happened around midnight, when we had no other choice. They really don't care about customer service or keeping guests.

They promise free breakfast at first, then make you pay for it in the end. The owner has no sense and came into my room without knocking. The worst hotel in the city, it deserves a negative rating.

It's a comfortable, decent place in Moga, and good value for money. The location is convenient and the food is nice. The owner is especially humble and personally looks after the guests.

At No problem guest house, you really won't have any problems. The owner is very nice, the rooms are clean, and it's a perfect place to stay in Moga. The service is excellent, and you won't regret staying here.
