There are plenty of restaurants and shops near Grand Falcon Hotel in Electronic City, and the staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed. I was impressed by the warm welcome and modern decor when I checked in, and the breakfast had a delicious variety of options. It was a fantastic, comfortable, convenient stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

I found the prices affordable and the value for money great. The hotel is handy for several restaurants and IT companies, so it works well for business or leisure. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable, and washrooms have hot water. The amenities are more than enough for a short business stay, and room service is good. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever needed. I'd recommend it to bachelors, families, or anyone wanting easy access to plenty of places to eat.

For the price, this wasn't worth it. The complimentary breakfast tasted unpleasant, and basic amenities were poor quality or missing unless I asked for them. Service was poor as well. The rooms were untidy and badly maintained, and the beds and sofas didn't seem properly cleaned. For a hotel that calls itself a business hotel, it was surprising not to find proper tables or chairs in the room. Overall, it didn't feel like a business hotel.

Everything else about the stay was good, but check which services are actually included before relying on your booking details. Laundry was listed as covered in my Goibibo app, and I showed that to them. They said it could have been their mistake. I paid rather than argue or make a scene, but wanted other guests to know.
