There was no hot water and they didn't provide soap. The Wi-Fi and TV weren't working either, and after I reported it many times, they kept saying they'd come soon but nothing was properly handled. The room wasn't clean when they showed it to me. I asked them to clean it and they promised, but after I paid they only acted like they were cleaning, and it still wasn't clean. I'd give a negative rating if I could. Please don't book here.

I paid in advance after booking through goibibo.com, but the hotelier flat-out said they were full and refused the booking. After a lot of back-and-forth with the reception guy, they gave us one room instead of the double room we had booked. The room was very cramped, and the mattress sheets were used.

The staff behaved very badly, and I had a bad experience. My advice is to avoid this place, especially if you're with family.

The staff are rude and unhelpful. Check all the policies before you book. I'd recommend choosing a different hotel. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in.

The service at this hotel is really, really bad. Please don't stay here. I'd give it a minus rating.
