Caravan Baga Aqua Resort

The poor arrangements and unprofessional behavior ruined my trip. What was provided was completely different from what had been promised, and the package came with hidden conditions and false assurances. I can't recommend staying here. The room was unhygienic, with cockroaches, dirty bathrooms, and broken fittings. The AC didn't work, basic amenities were missing, and the hotel quality and facilities had been misrepresented. After payment, support was absent: representatives stopped replying and became rude. Instead of sorting out the problems, they asked for extra charges. There was no accountability, refund, or resolution. This place isn't reliable.

We got no real help after reporting the problems to both the staff and the travel company. The room was in poor shape and unhygienic, with cockroaches inside, an AC that didn't work, and bathroom fixtures that were broken and leaking. It wasn't properly clean, and basic toiletries weren't supplied. This was nothing like what we had been promised. Staff were slow to respond and didn't seem willing to fix anything. Hotel Baga Aqua wasn't worth the money and nearly ruined our Goa experience. Anyone thinking of staying here should think twice. I wouldn't recommend it.

Getting to the resort was difficult because it was so hard to find. There was no room service, and as a couple we had no privacy: the main door wouldn't lock and the balcony door wouldn't shut. A hut would have been more peaceful. I'd give it a negative rating if I could, and I wouldn't tell anyone to stay here.

At 4 AM one night, someone banged on our door. The man said he was checking in to see how we were doing, which was alarming and completely inappropriate at that hour. On the final day, the mattress they had given us was crawling with cockroaches and bugs, so my husband couldn't sleep comfortably. We also had stray dogs wandering around, and after the first day there was no housekeeping or room cleaning, despite us asking repeatedly. The front desk was left unmanned for the last two days. They supplied no drinking water bottles and no toiletries except handwash that was mostly diluted water. Our room, 301, wasn't ready when we arrived, so my family and I waited about three hours in a small spare room. The bed was too small for three people, so we asked for an extra mattress several times, but it didn't arrive until the second day. Basic hygiene, professionalism, and service were lacking throughout. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
