The booking was cancelled 24 hours ahead because of a death, but they had no decency to return the amount. What kind of hospitality is that? This is the closest hotel to Sohana Hospital, and preying on sad, weary people is all you can do? Shame on you.

The food was okay, though they charged us extra for it. Our room on the top floor was poorly maintained, with a hard, uncomfortable bed, no table or chair, and no towel, soap, or shampoo. The bathroom was very unclean, and the water flow wasn't proper. There was also an opening in the bathroom ceiling, so someone could climb up from the terrace and invade our privacy. It was a bad experience overall.

The bus to Manali was delayed by an hour, and at 11:30 pm some reception staff came to insist that I leave immediately. I had taken the room in the afternoon because we needed to catch the bus at 12am and had paid the full price for one day. They said I'd have to pay cash if I wanted to stay longer, so I checked out. As I was leaving, they gave the room to a group looking for a place to party. I hope they change the staff who are taking advantage of customers.

Don't be fooled by the pictures on Google. The washroom stinks, and the water supply is unreliable, with water that smells. The place is dirty, the duvet and linen are filthy, and the window glass is stained. There's no AC in the room, no towel or toiletries, and the reception staff or manager is utterly rude. I wouldn't book this hotel, and I wouldn't book through OYO rooms either, since they don't provide the facilities listed on the website.
