There was leftover food and an empty beer bottle in the lobby, and no staff member showed up for 12-14 hours. The staff had been partying late at night on the top floor. The service was really bad, and I felt unsafe because of the location. I wouldn't recommend staying overnight, especially with family. Anyone considering it should avoid booking here.

At 1800, it isn't worth the price. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well. It might be okay at 1200, but not at 1800.

The area around the property felt creepy, so I wouldn't recommend staying here with family. There's open parking in front, at the owner's risk. The airport is about 5 kms away, and eateries at Bestech square mall are nearby. I'd only stay here alone if I just needed somewhere to crash. There are 22 stairs up to the first floor and no lift, so be ready to carry your luggage. The reception is outside the room's window, which seems like an odd setup. The room itself was okay, but came with only one towel, soap bar, and chappal. There was no kettle or tea setup, and the bed linen looked like it hadn't been changed in years. The loud, overly friendly receptionist and his laughing friends kept talking until I had to go out and remind them it was sleeping time and they should take their interesting discussion elsewhere.

On 19th December, 2021 at 11.30 pm, they made me leave the hotel on a chilly night with nowhere to go. I was tired after a whole day without food, in Mohali for the National Championships as a national level players, and had expected dinner on time. Instead, I waited more than two hours, then got food I hadn't ordered. I'd paid for the night, the food, and the next day's breakfast, none of which I got. The hotel is ordinary and doesn't care about guests, in my experience. No one has responded to my complaints, not even with a call. It feels like they just want customers' money. There are plenty of hotels in mohali and chandigarh, so don't fall for it. I think the positive reviews may also have been posted by them.
