The rooms are small, but they’re clean, and the staff are friendly, well mannered, and understanding. Still, some rooms have no windows and feel a bit suffocating without proper ventilation. It’s just an okay hotel.

Room service impressed me, and the staff were humble and polite. It’s easy to get around from here, near BESTECH MALL in industrial area phase 9. A deluxe room costs 1000 - 2000, which makes this a good value budget hotel. The food was satisfactory, though there isn’t much variety.

I was in the area for official work at bestech business tower, so this was a decent place to stay. I booked a day ahead and paid 500Rs for a three day stay. The staff were helpful and nice. The room was just okay, but it works well if you have business at bestech.

There was no toilet roll, and the room smelled like rotten eggs. Some rats behind my bed kept fighting continuously. Such a disappointing stay.

Don’t book this room. The owner wouldn’t open the door in the morning and said there was no booking. This review was posted wrongly.
