The room was clean and the AC worked. It’s good for couples, and the low prices compared to others make it worth considering. The location is good, near the mall. Sorry, I don’t have good photos for the review, but it was a great experience at that hotel.
There was a bad smell, and the rooms felt unhygienic and weren't clean at all. No one was available to help carry the bags.
I liked the room facilities at this OYO hotel. The room was spacious, with a large bed, AC, and steady water in the bathroom, and I had no problems with the room itself. The management was the issue. Don’t rely on reception if you need a bottle of drinking water or help with something related. You can order food online for your stay. Thank you.
There was no water provided, and the geyser wasn't working.
The room was extremely dirty, with holes in the mattress, and I didn't feel safe there. When I asked for toiletries, the staff became abusive. They were rude, so I left as early as I could in the morning. Worst stay of my life.
