Oyo 26606 Hotel R K Grand

The receptionist refused to check us in even though my friends and I had booked a room and I’d already paid in advance. He said he wouldn’t accept the Oyo price for our rooms and demanded a lot more cash if we wanted to stay. He was rude during the argument with my friend. It was scary being turned away as a group of women, and I wondered if that was why he did it. My friend contacted Oyo, but customer care was inefficient and didn’t do much to help. When I asked what action they’d take against the hotel, I got the feeling nothing would happen. In the end, the customer is left to suffer. This place doesn’t deserve even one star.

I had no room service, no support from the hotel, no electricity, and no bill. We had to manage everything ourselves, and they wouldn’t even provide drinking water. There was no room cleaning, hygiene was very poor, and the hotel had no parking. My stay at R K Grand Hotel was the worst experience of my life. I won’t be back.

The rooms are fine, but the food isn’t good, and they don’t even let guests order from outside. Management should either allow outside food or improve the quality so guests can eat something tasty.

We booked four days ahead, but when we arrived they said every room was full. After we contacted OYO customer service, we were given a used room with no locks and a dirty bed. We couldn’t stay even an hour and checked out. The staff weren’t polite either. This is the worst hotel.
