OYO 82216 Seventy Stay Inn

The room and the service were both good. The location is a real plus too, with everything nearby.

Big rooms, nice staff, and good service. A good hotel.

The room itself was spacious, neat, and clean, and I liked the view from the window in the morning. But I barely slept. There was a bad smell in the bathroom that the exhaust fan couldn't clear, and the AC kept making a dripping noise, probably from water falling from the AC in the room above. Getting into the room was a hassle. I booked through AGODA for Rs 676, including breakfast and an air-conditioned 10 sqm room, but had to wait 10-15 minutes at reception before someone showed up. He was rude and unprofessional, asked pointless questions, and stalled until I asked him to hurry. He then called someone to ask whether I should get a room there or at another property. When I asked about it, he answered disrespectfully. In the end I was given Room No 401 in the same building. Breakfast was another odd part. I was told it would be served after 9 AM, and that they'd decide the next morning what to serve. Both the receptionist's behavior and the plumbing need fixing. The owner could sort them out easily, and then the hotel could get good reviews.

They asked me for more money and wouldn't accept my OYO booking. If they don't take OYO bookings, why is the hotel listed with OYO?
