The coffee shop and dining area were especially nice, and the rooms have a very good view. This place is peaceful and beautiful, with a really nice ambience.

The staff were amazing and right on top of the plumbing issue. The water wasn’t always warm, and the pressure was more of a drizzle, but it was all part of the experience and I have no complaints. The food was wonderful, and with nature all around, this quiet mountain spot outside town was just right for unwinding and getting some much-needed R&R.

The river and mountains make the peaceful setting even more special, and at night the moon over the hills is lovely. You can hear the water flowing, which adds to the calm. Great spot for bird watchers and nature lovers. Watch out for the cheeky monkeys, though. Jumpin Heights is nearby, but book your tickets ahead.

The pool was a highlight, and it was enjoyable both during the day and at night. The resort itself looks nice, and its location made for a pleasant stay, but the food and service didn't feel worth the price. Restaurant orders took over 30 minutes even when there were hardly any guests, and the restaurant charges felt especially steep since there was no option to get food from outside. The staff and service around the hotel also fell short of what I expected for those prices. I also felt Indian guests were separated from some parts of the resort. We weren't allowed into a cafe where I saw only foreigners, though restaurant staff said it was open to everyone. That restriction wasn't stated officially, but it was how I experienced it. A nice place for the location, just not particularly good value for food and service.
