The property makes a grand first impression, with a palatial look as soon as you enter. Rooms in the Royal and Executive Suites category offer the full five-star feel, and the higher-end ones usually face the pool or green inner gardens, which gives them a quiet, resort-like atmosphere. It’s well placed on NH-24, so getting to the highway is easy. There’s a huge pool, a full spa and wide gardens, and the hotel is a top choice in Moradabad for luxury weddings and corporate gatherings.

I felt unwelcome during my stay because of how rudely and disrespectfully the front desk staff member spoke to me. The service fell well short of the basic courtesy and hospitality I expected. Management needs to pay closer attention to staff conduct and customer service.

The management handled the seating and lighting details perfectly, and was extremely cooperative throughout. Holiday Regency Marriage Hall has an elegant atmosphere and beautifully done décor, making it an outstanding place for weddings and other celebrations. One of the best marriage halls for a memorable event.

The reception left a really negative impression. The person at the counter was rude and disrespectful, with an unprofessional attitude. I hope management takes this unacceptable behavior seriously.
