Hotel Mansarover Paradise

When I came in to book, receptionist Mushid treated me dismissively and was extremely rude. People were checking out, so I believed rooms were available, but he didn’t politely ask me to wait or offer even basic hospitality. It was an unprofessional first impression and reflects badly on the hotel. Management needs to act.

We were in town for a friend’s party and had a good stay at Hotel Mansarover Paradise. The staff were helpful and cooperative, the food was good, and there was plenty of parking. The one inconvenience we noticed was that the rooms don’t have exhaust fans.

The service was really amazing, and breakfast was delicious with a good range of food. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, so it was a pleasant stay. I didn’t like that AC rooms weren’t provided with even one bottle of water for the day. I hope they address that and fix the room door locks, which weren’t working.

The room had no towels, the geyser was leaking, and hygiene wasn’t good. Staff were arrogant and unprofessional, and breakfast the next morning was very poor for the price. We checked in around 10 PM one week ago, and the receptionist then demanded a marriage certificate, something never mentioned when we booked or got confirmation. We were already late for a family function in Moradabad, and looking for the document delayed us further. We missed the function entirely, even though it was the main reason for our trip. Poor management, rude staff, and no value for money. A very bad experience, and I don’t recommend this hotel.
