The room smelled bad, and the toilet was dirty. The staff were uncooperative and behaved poorly.

The staff were okay, but there was no water early in the morning. I lost a lot of time and reached my exam center late. I wish I could give a negative rating. I won't book this hotel again, or use Oyo again.

It's near Government College, an exam center, so students book rooms here online and can end up getting cheated. They usually tell guests there are no rooms available, then refuse a refund if the booking was on a non-cancellable plan. If you have local support and ask them to confirm the room shortage in writing, they may give you a room after two to four hours of arguing and several calls with the booking platform. The rates are high for such poor quality, and the big discount doesn't help when the booking is non-refundable. Don't book online. This hotel is a fraud.

We arrived late and didn't have time to look elsewhere, so we had to stay. There's nothing even average about the place, despite the name Prime. No hot water, the fan didn't work, and the room, balcony, and washroom were all dirty. There weren't any basic supplies either. Don't stay here with good company.
