The AC barely worked, so the room stayed hot and stuffy. We arrived after a long journey to find it hadn’t been cleaned at all, and the washroom was in poor shape with a strong smell. The whole room seemed badly maintained, and the unhygienic conditions made the stay uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it. Housekeeping, maintenance, and basic cleanliness need work.

My friends and I weren’t allowed to check into our room. I had booked this hotel a week earlier, but they’d given the rooms to someone else at higher prices. The staff were extremely rude. Worst hotel I’ve ever booked in my life. Don’t ever, ever, ever book here. If I could, I’d give it a -10.

I booked by phone, but when I arrived the staff denied me entry. The manager won’t pick up the call, and the staff are so, so rude. Worst experience.

Good location, and a very nice hotel. The staff were supportive. Thank you, Ravi Kumar ji.

The staff behaved very well, but everything else made this a very bad experience. The room was dirty, the clothes were very dirty, and there was no AC, Wi-Fi, or intercom connection. Overall, the hotel felt bad and dirty.
