The staff made this stay especially easy. They were polite, helpful, and available when I needed them, even early in the morning and late at night. They also arranged a hired car for me. The setting was quiet and restful, though the property is right in the heart of Morjim, close to cafes, beaches, and activities. There’s a pool too, though I didn’t have time to use it. I stayed four nights while competing. My king room had two balconies and plenty of space, and both the room and washroom were spotless. The furniture was comfortable after long training days. Breakfast was included in a reasonable rate, and the food was tasty, generous, and good quality. A comfortable, clean place at a fair price for a competition, work, or a holiday.

A quiet, peaceful place and a good option for a stay. I had a king room with a balcony. It cost ₹2500 for two people or ₹3200 for three, breakfast included. The room and bathroom were roomy, clean, and tidy, and the furniture was decent. Food was good in both quality and quantity, and the staff were helpful. The pool, though, wasn’t clean.

For the price, around 3000 or 4000 rupees, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I don’t think it deserves a three-star rating. They don’t even keep slippers, so you have to walk out of the bathroom with wet, bare feet, and it’s apparently fine if dirt gets tracked around in there. When I asked housekeeping to replace the sheets and other bedding, the staff member went to the manager or owner to complain. They asked why everything needed changing and said it wasn’t necessary. We stayed two days and adjusted to the place, but when I asked to check out at 1 pm, they refused. Check-in is at 2 pm, so I don’t understand why they couldn’t give us two extra hours.

Check-in went smoothly, and the rooms were comfortable. Everything seemed well managed, with good attention to cleanliness and detail. The staff were warm, cheerful, and ready to help. We had a great stay and would happily come back.
