The calm atmosphere made it a lovely spot for a couple or a family, and waking to the waves with sunset views from the property felt magical. The staff were especially courteous, professional, and attentive, taking care of even small requests quickly. This beachside hotel went beyond what we expected, and we’d love to return.

Staff were sweet, polite, and supportive, with excellent service and good care of the property's upkeep and overall wellness. I had a wonderful stay at Hibis Hotels & Resorts and would highly recommend it. I can see why people would want to come back again and again.

The beach was walkable from the hotel, and breakfast was included and just okay. We got our room at 5 pm even though check-in was at 2. We stayed two nights and only used the room at night, but the AC and fridge weren’t working. The room wasn’t cleaned, and we had to call and ask multiple times to get the water refilled.
