The rooms were dirty, smelly, and poorly maintained, with broken fixtures. This place feels like a scam. They cancel online reservations with flimsy excuses, then say they aren’t available online and offer an offline booking at a much higher price. Don’t book or stay here.

There was just one man covering housekeeping, waiting tables, cooking, and both check-in and checkout. We waited an hour to check in and two hours for breakfast. They also added charges on top of the rate booked online. Worst hotel. Don’t book this property.

I’d booked two rooms online for four adults and two children, with breakfast included. At check-in they denied the booking, called it wrong, and demanded extra money. They charged us more for breakfast too. Don’t book here if you want peace of mind.

The rooms feel very dated, though the staff were polite and helpful.

The rooms are big and spacious, and there’s a supermarket, restaurants with veg and non-veg food, and a wine shop nearby if that’s of interest. The place is beautiful, and the staff are good and helpful. My only request for management is to add more variety to the breakfast menu. We’ll definitely come back, and I’d recommend it.
