Morjim Beach

During my short stay there was no electricity, which made an already disappointing visit worse. The entrance was dirty and looked like a garbage area, and maintenance and hygiene seemed completely neglected. The staff were cooperative, but I got no support from the owner or manager. The listed price feels misleading, almost like a scam. Avoid this resort until it makes major improvements.

The staff were very helpful and cooperative, and the cafe food was nice. The place is right on the beach, too. But the room and bathroom weren't well maintained, with too much moisture on the walls and a bad smell. There isn't a swimming pool, even though one was shown on the booking site.

The rooms are spacious and each has a bathtub, and the service is good. Getting to the property is the main problem, the access roads are very narrow and difficult to navigate. Otherwise, it's a good place.

We stayed with the kids and had a lovely long weekend. The sea-facing rooms were awesome, clean, and fitted with air conditioning, a fridge, and a clean coffee maker. They provided water, towels, and toiletries, and there's free Wi-Fi throughout. The pool was a hit with the children. The restaurant serves good food, while the bar has basic drinks. Staff were very friendly, rates were reasonable, and it was a worthwhile stay. May 2015.
