The staff covering the beach area wouldn't let us go onto the beach, even though we'd paid. They were arrogant, and the whole thing felt like being in jail. Pathetic experience.

We had two dogs with us, and this place worked perfectly. There was plenty of room for all of us to wander around the resort, and the clean room was nice. It sits right on a quiet beach, so we could walk barefoot from our room to the ocean. Great for a peaceful weekend away. The restaurant food was yummy, and they even gave our dogs seafood for free. John and Kishan were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay :)

We've been going to Rockwaters for two years, but on this latest trip the management treated us like strangers. They had confirmed a room for three nights. We arrived expecting to check in, then a waiter suddenly told us we could only stay one night, leaving us stranded at the end of the day. The manager and hotel owner wouldn't speak with us or explain why this happened. They ignored our requests to meet and discuss it, so we had no way to communicate. Extremely shady behaviour. They don't know how to treat guests. Beware if you're considering this place.
