La Vaiencia Beach Resort

We had a memorable stay at Aurum, and the owners deserve thanks for providing such a beautiful place in Goa. The kitchen serves delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while the staff's behavior is exemplary. Rooms were neat and clean, with washrooms that felt brand new. Around the well-maintained pool, green trees add to the setting. The location is excellent, among Goa's popular beaches.

The beach is about a minute's walk away, and the place itself is so peaceful. We got a great vibe at reception as soon as we arrived. Our room was neat and clean, and the property is very well maintained. The food was delicious and they kept it hygienic. All the staff were kind and helpful to every guest, and the service team worked really hard. Overall, the stay felt like a great experience.

We booked all of La Vincia Resort, Morjim, Goa for a company event with 72 employees, and the experience was very disappointing. The service was poor throughout. Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and often acted arrogant when we raised concerns. The customer service fell well below what we'd expect from a hospitality business. The meals also let us down: many team members were unhappy with the taste, variety, and overall quality. Several rooms had AC problems that weren't fixed promptly despite repeated complaints, leaving guests very uncomfortable. The pool water looked unclean, and it didn't seem to be getting proper, regular filtration and maintenance. That raised hygiene and safety concerns for our group. Since we had booked the whole resort for a large corporate gathering, we expected much better service and management. The overall experience didn't justify our expectations for an event venue. Worst resort experience overall.

The complimentary breakfast had lots of variety, and the pool was nice and easy to get to. The rooms are basic but well maintained. Morjim beach is very close, just a two-minute walk, so I'd recommend the resort.
