Lohono was extremely dingy. Don't expect decent basic food or good service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were nice and the view was beautiful, but I wouldn't stay here again. I came in March with an infant and a dog, and had made my needs clear before arriving. The kitchen was really dingy and dirty, so I wasn't comfortable storing or cooking food for my baby, or with the conditions our food was prepared in. The fridge wasn't working. They tried to fix it, but storing baby food and milk was still a big hassle. The on-site staff were doing their best, but three people for a group of nine was clearly not enough and felt poorly managed. Cleaning was shoddy, and at checkout they tried to overcharge us without first tallying the charges.
