At Echor Samara in Morjim, the staff were quick to respond and helpful, and the clean, well-kept rooms made it easy to relax after a day out. Breakfast was just average and could use more variety, but that didn't spoil the positive stay. I was pleased with it and would consider returning on my next Goa trip.

The spa was one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experiences I've had. I stayed about 9 days and was very satisfied overall. The staff helped with everything, from adjusting food to my dietary needs to arranging a vehicle rental. The breakfast selection was limited, so I skipped it, and the room cleanliness could have been better. The setting is quiet and serene, just two minutes from the beach and five minutes from the main Morjim road.

Our prepaid four-day family stay at Echor Samara, A Boutique Hotel, Morjim, Goa was extremely disappointing. Traveling with an infant made the problems especially stressful, and I strongly advise families with young children against staying here. The worst incident involved our baby's feeding bottles. For the first two days, we trusted the staff to clean them. We later learned they had been put through the same dishwasher as dirty plates and cutlery, without separate sanitizing. Our infant developed a stomach infection, and we spent two days indoors caring for a sick baby instead of enjoying our trip. On day three, staff casually told us to bring our own bottle cleaner. They had never mentioned this before, showed no concern or apology, and took no responsibility. We raised several serious issues, but the hotel offered neither compensation nor a sincere apology, despite the prepaid booking. When we escalated things, the response was dismissive, including, "Do whatever you can." It gave us the impression that they didn't care about guests' well-being or satisfaction. There were problems from arrival onward. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and had no basic courtesy or willingness to help. The room's air conditioning didn't work properly, and frequent power fluctuations made things very uncomfortable for our baby. The pool was tiny, dirty, and clearly not maintained, raising hygiene concerns around the property. The basic amenities fell far short of what we'd expect from a hotel calling itself a "boutique" experience. Service was nearly nonexistent. We had to ask several times for help with luggage, and the bell boy took ages even after repeated follow-ups. That's unacceptable when traveling with a child and needing some extra help. This hotel is not baby-friendly. The staff seemed careless and untrained, with service well below what guests should expect and an even worse attitude. We were extremely disappointed, will never recommend it, and especially wouldn't recommend it to families with children.

Echor Samara gave us a calm, comfortable place to unwind after sightseeing or a day at nearby beaches. The hotel was spotless and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere. Staff were courteous, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Our room was clean and well equipped, and the design blended modern touches with traditional Goan style. The food was another highlight, freshly made, full of flavor, and with different cuisines to choose from. The location made it easy to see nearby attractions while staying away from the busy spots. We had a memorable visit and would gladly stay again. I'd recommend it to families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable Goa getaway.

The hotel's wellness feel is nice, and Morjim beach is right there, so you can take a quick dip and walk back in a minute. It seemed to draw mostly foreign guests. Breakfast was limited but good. The GM and the Manager at reception welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. Housekeeping was good and accommodating, especially with our infant, since we needed the room cleaned more than once. The only drawback was that the place seemed short staffed, or the kitchen staff may have lacked training, and that became a bit of a hassle.
