The front-row jacuzzi we’d requested well ahead of time was confirmed by staff, but when we arrived at the agreed time they’d set up one at the back instead, with barely any sea view. Reception also never picked up our calls, at any time of day. The property seems old and poorly kept, and there was a musty smell throughout. Our room smelled unpleasant, sand was left on the floor as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly, and even the towels had a stale odor. Service was slow and generally below what we expected. The food was disappointing and lacked flavor. At the bar, I asked for Patrón Silver tequila and was told it wasn’t available, so the server offered Don Julio, which I accepted. My friend then noticed they were pouring a cheaper tequila. We sent the drinks back, and on checking the bar ourselves, found that Patrón Silver was actually available. That felt very unprofessional. A very poor stay, and not somewhere I’d recommend.

The resort’s vibe was fabulous, and sitting in the jacuzzi with drinks and food was a highlight. The rooms were clean, and both service and food were great. It was a 100/100 experience for me. Finding the place was difficult, though: Google Maps points the wrong way, and there’s no sign or name board directing you there.

I spent six days here and loved it. The sea view rooms are beautiful, and the resort is affordable. Staff were polite, attentive, and quick to help. I’d choose this place over other resorts again.

We come to Sinq every year because it gives us the best value for our money. The service is quick, the food is good, and the place has a calm feel. The mini pools are handy for the kids, and the clean, safe sea makes it a nice spot to spend the day with family. A must visit.

The breakfast selection is small, but the food itself is good. For the best sea views, book one of the beach view suites, where you can watch the waves from both the room and balcony. The location is really good too, with both North Goa and South Goa within reach from here.
