My family and I had a lot of fun in the swimming pool, it was really relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel’s night view was peaceful and looked awesome. Major Saab restaurant has a classy vibe, and the food was A1, really tasty and well prepared. It was a great stay, and I’d love to visit again.

The classy atmosphere at Major Saab restaurant was a highlight, and the food was delicious and well served. The room was big and comfortable, and the night view felt calm and looked beautiful. I also really enjoyed and refreshed myself in the swimming pool with my family. A lovely experience, and I’d definitely like to come back.

The rooms are huge and come with balconies, and there’s an interesting Major saab restaurant at the hotel entrance. It’s a decent deal if you find a rate close to 2k bucks. The hotel should sort out some basics, though. The ceiling fan made noise, the French windows or doors on the balconies wouldn’t lock, and the bathroom had no towel or tissue roll. Shockingly, they still didn’t provide them after I called and texted. Service needs improvement.

At over 4600/- per night, plus a convenience fee, the room came with breakfast and a long list of basic shortcomings. Room service was pathetic. There was no lift to the third floor, so guests have to use the staircase. No proper toiletries were provided. The AC was weak and took an hour to make the room feel a little cool. There was no hot water in the washroom from a heater. Instead, after informing them, they brought hot water in a bucket 1.5 to 2 hours later. Breakfast consisted of four options: chole nature, cornflakes, veg sandwich, and pasta. For a property charging like a three-star hotel and claiming four-star status, they should provide basic facilities.

The food was good, but that was the only saving grace. At Asar Uper, Morjim, the service was poor from the start. Our room door didn’t work properly and felt unsafe, and despite asking, we didn’t get daily room cleaning. Parking was chaotic and disorganized. The swimming pool stayed closed throughout our visit, and no one had told us beforehand. The stay ruined our holiday and offered no value for money. I wouldn’t recommend it.
