The breakfast was really good, though they could do a better job serving tea and coffee. We had a pleasant three-day stay, and they even let us check in early. The place was very clean, the staff were friendly, and I had no complaints otherwise.

Breakfast was a highlight, great for both adults and kids, and ANIL deserves special thanks. A tasty breakfast is a lovely start to the day. Our room was clean, well kept, and spacious enough for our family of two adults and one child. I'd recommend the hotel. Try for a ground-floor room, since there seems to be some kind of smell on the first floor. Everything else is available nearby.

The breakfast was hot and fresh, a 10/10. I've stayed at this property several times on solo trips, and this time brought my family; that stay was a great experience too. Mukesh and his team manage the place really well and make sure the service keeps meeting expectations. Absolutely loved staying here.

The location is the one good thing for me. The rooms are pretty bare minimum, and the breakfast selection is small. There's no restaurant in the hotel, so you'll need to eat out or order from swiggy. I'd only book if the price is good and all you need is somewhere to leave your luggage while you spend the day out.

Morjim beach is only 800 mtrs away, so the location works really well. The hotel is very affordable, has good facilities and 24-hour hot water, plus a small swimming pool. MR. Kameshwar Ji was kind and very helpful.
