This homestay was a comfortable, good-value option for our time in North Goa. The rooms are spacious and clean, with large balconies, though the interiors feel a little old-fashioned. They’re more like 2BHK apartments, with a shared hall and kitchen, which is handy for families or groups who want to cook. Markets and restaurants are nearby, and Morjim beach is a short drive away. Parking fits two to three cars, but the roads leading to the property are a bit narrow.

Restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket are all nearby, so everything is close. It’s a peaceful place, and Blake was a nice host who helped us arrange things and made check-in and checkout smooth. Highly recommend for families, couples, or solo travelers.

A supportive, helpful host and spacious rooms with all the amenities we needed made this a good place to stay in North Goa. Sai Sagar restaurant is nearby if you’re looking for vegetarian food. We paid 3500 per room for two days, 24-26 Dec.

Blake was a friendly, very good host, and the rooms were spacious and clean. After three days here, it felt homely. So far, the best guest house in morjim for me. I’ll surely visit again.
