We enjoyed having tea on the balcony in front of our room, especially with its lovely view. The hotel is a short walk from Nakki lake, about 400-500 m away, and the staff were polite and very helpful. They welcomed us with freshly picked berries, which were delicious, and the rooftop restaurant served good food. Our room and bed linen were clean. The bathrooms could use a little more cleaning, better fittings, and improved water management. We’d recommend the hotel to people visiting Mount abu.

I left my shoes behind at Ramma Hotel, and Mr. Kevaram spent nearly a week coordinating with me to get them back to Ahmedabad. He sent them with one of his guests and made sure they arrived safely, expecting nothing in return. That kind of unconditional help and humanity is rare, and I’m very grateful. I’d recommend tourists check in at Ramma hotel.

The staff were supportive and provided very nice service. It was a comfortable stay for our family, and the location is convenient, close to Nakki Lake and with easy access to the market.

We found the room clean and hygiene well maintained. The hotel is near the bus station and within walking distance of the market. Staff helped with everything from food to travel and kept checking that we were comfortable. It was a 5/5 experience for us. Thanks for making the stay good.

The food was the highlight for us. Mr. Javaram ji and Mr. Ratan ji cooked great meals, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all amazing and reasonably priced. The rooms were good, and the service was good too.
