The room problems showed up almost as soon as we settled in: bed bugs, spiders, stained sheets, and rude staff. We had paid half in advance, but after telling the manager we were leaving because of the conditions, he returned only 30 percent. The whole thing took 30 minutes or less. With rooms like that, I can only imagine what the food is like. A hotel is supposed to let you sleep, and I doubt anyone could rest with those things crawling on the bed. I’d suggest looking elsewhere. If you do stay, check the room carefully first. We didn’t, and that was our mistake. Have a good trip.

I arrived with my family on May 17, 2025, after getting a booking confirmation, only to be told at reception that management had changed and they had no bookings. We had to find another hotel after that. Please don’t book here.

Need a clean, safe place for a night on Abu Road? This worked well for us. The staff were well mannered, and the vegetarian food was good quality, made with care.

We booked through OYO for ₹756, but when my friends and I arrived at 3 a.m., the owner wouldn't let us in, saying he didn't accept OYO or other booking site payments. He showed us available rooms by knocking on other guests' doors in the middle of the night, then wanted 5000 for one vacant room. We said no and stayed elsewhere for about 2250. Bad experience all around: outside the city, arrogant staff, and the place was dirty and unhygienic.

The best part was having a movie theatre in the complex, along with the restaurant Dilli ka tadka. The food was brilliant, and the staff were really helpful, so the stay was awesome. The hotel itself is nice and has AC and a bathroom, though the AC didn't work that well. They also won't clean the room unless you ask.
